John-Paul Porteous (JP)
Founder & Recipe Creator
JP is from Jamaica and has traversed the globe as a chef, including a 2-year stint in a 2-Star Michelin Restaurant in Denmark.
He moved to New Zealand at a young age and never stop creating multiple recipes, culminating in Nanny's Food Truck.
The food truck journey began in Wellington. Rolling out a great food experience alongside a constant dose of humour and laughter.
He is now based in Auckland, living his "Island Life". From time to time, you'll find him at the truck and Nanny's Eatery in Kingsland.

You will find Calvin operating the truck after hours. If he isn't busy with functions, you should be able to find him running the food truck at 51 Tosswill Road, Prebbleton on the odd Fridays and/or Saturdays. But please look out on our pop ups on Facebook to avoid disappointment!
