This seasoning is great with Fries, Fried Chicken, Fried Mushrooms & more
Fried Chicken/Fried Portobello:
- batter chicken wings with cornflour or rice flour etc
- leave it in the batter for 1 minute before frying the batch
- fry at 180 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes
- season chicken in a bowl according to your taste
- drizzle your favourite 100% Canadian Maple on the chicken to your taste
